To exchange currency, you need a valid identity document, such as an ID card, passport, or another official document confirming your identity. For transactions exceeding certain limits, identification may be required in accordance with applicable regulations.

How can I reserve an exchange rate online?

You can reserve the current exchange rate by clicking the “Reserve Rate” button in the exchange rate table or the currency calculator. Once your reservation is confirmed, our exchange office staff will complete the transaction at the reserved rate.

Which currencies can I exchange?

We offer exchange for the world’s most popular currencies, including the US dollar (USD), euro (EUR), British pound (GBP), Swiss franc (CHF), Polish złoty (PLN), and many others. The current list of available currencies can be found at your selected exchange office.

Can I exchange currency without visiting the exchange office?

At present, completing a currency exchange requires a personal visit to one of our exchange offices. However, you can reserve the exchange rate online in advance to secure a favorable rate before your visit.

Current exchange rates for your city are available on the homepage after selecting your city from the list. Rates are updated regularly and may vary depending on the exchange office.
